BOOKINGS & CONDITIONS

Bookings

Can be made by email or telephone.

1. Payment is accepted in AUD or Euros. We have bank accounts in Australia and Germany.

2. To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 20%.

3. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

4. A small bond of AUD $200 (150 EU) may apply for long stays at our discretion. This will be returned promptly if the apartment is left tidy and without breakages or loss.

5. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped however laundry facilities are only available to long stays. The town has laundromats.

6. Short term (under 4 weeks) rentals have a weekly linen change provided. Weekly cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.

7. Long term (4 weeks +) rentals are made with a weekly change of linen provided and no servicing. Weekly cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge. Guests agree to keep their apartments clean and tidy.

8. Apartments are checked, cleaned and readied before new guests arrive.

Cancellations

1. Forfeit the deposit if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date.

2. Forfeit 2 weeks rental (or whole amount for shorter bookings) if cancelled between 0 and 29 days prior to arrival date.

Payment options

Bank transfer, cheque or Paypal. Banks accounts are held in Germany and in Australia.

Upon arrival

Our keyholder Elspeth lives on site and will meet you (or have keys ready for collection).
